Rate
Ad run will continuously until we receive a thirty day written
notice to terminate the advertisement.
Terms
Publisher bills on the first of each month for ad appearing
that month. Payment is due within 10 days of billing date.
A late payment fee of 1.5% (annual rate of 18%) is charged
on unpaid balances over 30 days old. 30 days written notice
required for cancellation. Advertisers will be charged for
each ad that appears in print.

Deadlines
Closing date for space reservation and digital material
is the 11th of the month preceding publication date; if
that date falls on a weekend, please call your marketing
rep for more information.
General
Policy
Advertisers and advertising agencies assume liability for
all content (including text representation and illustrations)
in advertisements printed and also assume responsibility
for any claims arising therefrom made against the publisher.
The publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising
judged to be inconsistent with the publication's standards,
even if it has been published previously.
Distribution
KEY is distributed to over 150 locations at an average of
25,000 copies per month. Supplies are refreshed monthly.
Specific distribution locations change as new hotels open.
KEY is also found at area visitor information centers. We
will be glad to furnish you a current distribution list
upon request.
Advertisement
Mechanical Requirements
Size of printed page is 5.375" wide by 8.375" high. Bleed
size is 5.75" by 8.75". Click here

KEY magazine accepts advertisements as digitally prepared
files. All color work is printed in process colors. If material
furnished is not ready for placement, necessary production
work can be done by our production department and will be
subject to additional charges. We reserve the right to change
any advertisements not sized correctly.
Digital
Files
KEY magazine accepts files created as TIFFs or exported
to PDF. Resolution for graphics should be between 266 and
300. All color files should be in CMYK format (all color
files sent with spot colors will be converted to process,
which may change ad appearance). If you choose to send
